Twizzle are one of London's leading party planners and specialise in everything from the most amazing children's birthday parties through to hosting big blockbuster film premiers and celebrity gatherings!

As part of our SEO campaign, with the goal to increase visibility across key geographical search terms including 'Children's Party Planner London' and 'Party Planners London', we turned to our content-led link building approach to build authority and see a rise in organic visibility.

By promoting a data-driven campaign the week before a hotly anticipated movie launch, we earned more than 150 links.

The Solution

Knowing that one of the most popular birthday party themes over the past 12 months had been 'Marvel comics', alongside the upcoming launch of Captain America: Civil War, we wanted to explore the data surrounding how much it would actually cost to be Steve Rogers in real life.

This had been pulled together 4 years previously, however we identified a number of key flaws in the data; the main being that the WWII financials had not been adjusted for inflation.

As such, we crunched the numbers, accounting for inflation, and researched in greater detail to put together an infographic titled 'How Much Would It Cost To Be Captain America?'
This campaign was proudly awarded 'Best Low Budget Campaign' at the 2017 European Search Awards in Krakow, Poland and shortlisted for 'Best Use Of Content Marketing' at the 2016 UK Search Awards.

The Results

We launched the infographic the week before the cinema launch of Captain America: Civil War to earn links and coverage in the build up, yet ensuring we weren't pitching to publishers too close, during a period when reviews of the release were their main focus. The campaign, to date, has earned more than 150 links from publications including,, Shortlist, LADBible, Movie Pilot & many others.
