The Brief.

As The Harley Street Skin’s appointed SEO agency, one of our priorities was to drive organic growth by earning high-authority, relevant editorial links that support ongoing SEO performance and increase qualified enquiries.

In our research, we uncovered a powerful statistic: the average Brit works nearly 90,000 hours over the course of their life. That sparked a question; how much does our job actually age us? And does it differ depending on occupation?

From there, the Ageing Jobs Calculator was born.

The interactive tool asks users a series of questions about their job, including shift patterns, work environment, stress levels, and physical activity. Based on these inputs, it calculates an “ageing score,” revealing how much their job could be accelerating the ageing process.

Alongside the score, users receive personalised insights into the medical risks and visible signs of ageing associated with their occupation, supported by expert commentary from the Harley Street Skin Clinic team on how to combat these effects.
