We are pleased to announce that Digitaloft has been awarded the Communications Management Standard (CMS) accreditation by the PRCA.
The CMS is the PRCA’s independent quality assurance certification and is widely regarded as a hallmark of PR excellence. Achieving the accreditation represents another significant milestone for Digitaloft in what has already been a year full of achievements, while reinforcing our commitment to upholding the highest communication standards on behalf of our clients.

Digitaloft’s Managing Director and Founder, James Brockbank, said:
“As an agency, we were doing digital PR long before anyone called it digital PR. More than a decade ago, while many SEO agencies were buying links or relying on guest posting, we began building a specialist PR team to earn authoritative links and coverage that helped our clients become more visible in search.
“Although the day-to-day way we do PR has evolved considerably since then, our belief that spammy, manipulative tactics and practices have no place in a modern search strategy has not changed.
“As we move further into the AI search era, PR matters more than ever. What other people say about a business matters as much as, if not more than, what it says about itself, and PR is one of the most impactful ways to influence this.
“Our background in using PR to power search strategies means we are well placed to help clients navigate this changing landscape. Our work continues to evolve around what it takes to influence visibility across both traditional and AI search, but it is underpinned by more than 10 years of experience, relationships and proven results from bringing PR and SEO together.
“Earning the PRCA’s CMS accreditation is an important part of our commitment to using PR in the right way to support our clients’ search strategies. We believe in maintaining stringent communication standards and producing work that earns coverage, mentions and links as a result of great stories and genuine expertise from our clients’ subject matter experts.
“At a time when the industry is awash with faked experts and AI-generated commentary, we chose to undergo the CMS assessment process to independently validate both the quality of our work and the way we deliver it.
“Too many brands have had their reputations put at risk by agencies that, to be blunt, spam journalists under their clients’ names. We want clients to feel confident that our approach is different. This accreditation demonstrates that our digital PR team operates to rigorous professional standards and gives independent recognition to the processes and principles behind our work.”
Digitaloft’s Strategy Director, Amy Gibson, commented added to this, saying:
“2026 is shaping up to be one of our best years yet and this accreditation is a testament to the quality of our people, processes and client delivery.
“I’m particularly proud that the PRCA highlighted how Digitaloft is responding to the changing digital marketing landscape.
“The industry is evolving quickly, and we’re committed to staying at the forefront of that change, continually adapting how we work to ensure we’re delivering the best possible results for our clients.”
