Digitaloft Relevance Report Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is James Brockbank Ltd (t/a Digitaloft), registered number 09237022.

2. Eligibility
2.1. The competition is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.
2.2. Affiliates and existing customers of Digitaloft, as well as their employees or immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.
2.3. There are no geographical restrictions; entrants from any region are welcome.

3. Entry Requirements
3.1. To enter, participants must submit their entry online using their email address and subscribe to Digitaloft’s email newsletter. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time without affecting the validity of their entry.
3.2. Only one entry is allowed per person. Multiple entries from the same business are permitted, provided each entry is submitted by a different individual.
3.3. The deadline for entries is 23:59 GMT on 27 November 2024. Entries submitted after this time will not be accepted.

4. Winner Selection and Notification
4.1. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received by the deadline.
4.2. The winner will be notified via email on 2nd December 2024.
4.3. If the winner does not respond within five (5) working days of notification, Digitaloft reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random from the original pool of entrants.

5. Prize Details
5.1. The prize is a customised Relevance report for the winner’s business, created by Digitaloft.
5.2. The prize must be redeemed within six (6) months of notification.
5.3. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other monetary value.

6. Disqualification
6.1. Digitaloft reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these terms and conditions or is found to have submitted false information.
6.2. Automated or bulk entries, as well as entries submitted via third parties, will not be accepted.

7. Data Protection
7.1. By entering the competition, entrants agree that their email address may be used to contact them about the competition and for marketing purposes by Digitaloft.
7.2. Personal data will be processed in accordance with Digitaloft’s privacy policy, which can be found at https://digitaloft.co.uk/privacy-policy/.

8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. Digitaloft accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, delayed, or lost due to technical issues or other reasons beyond its control.
8.2. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Digitaloft reserves the right to cancel, amend, or alter the competition at any time.

9.1. Any complaints or disputes regarding the competition should be submitted in writing to [email protected].

10. Governing Law
10.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
